Prior to joining Windermere Real Estate, Steve was Partner at KCS Properties and Kellis Commercial where he developed a successful new residential brokerage from the ground up. In the beginning of his real estate career he was a consistent top producer at Crescent Realty where he earned “Tops in Sales” awards all three years there and the “Most Inspirational Agent” award in his first year.
Steve regularly writes real estate related columns for the Tacoma News Tribune and has three times been named a Five Star, Best in Client Satisfaction Agent by Seattle Magazine. He was also part of the Business Examiner’s inaugural list of “40 Under Forty” future business leaders of the South Puget Sound. Recently, Steve was voted "Best Real Estate Agent" by readers of South Sound Magazine!
Steve is active in the community. He spends time as a member of the Tacoma Athletic Commission, The East Side Boys & Girls Club Advisory Board, The former Seattle Sonics game night staff, and the Oakbrook Golf & Country Club. He attended Clover Park High School in Lakewood and the University of Washington in Seattle where he held leadership positions within the Washington Beta chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
Steve and his wife Amity live in Lakewood with their son Stanley and daughter Soleil. They enjoy attending sporting events, golfing, and traveling together.
